Bracketry

Weldall offers high-quality bracketry solutions, including Flitch Plates and Curtain Wall Brackets, crafted from Aluminium, Mild Steel, or Stainless Steel up to 30mm thick. All products are galvanised to BSEN1461 standards, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.

Window Cills & Head Flashings

Weldall fabricates custom window cills and head flashings up to 4000mm in length from Aluminium Grade 1050H14, with options for stop ends, upstands, and joint plates. Our advanced machinery enables the creation of intricate profiles, all powder coated to Qualicoat Standards.

Packing Shims

We provide precision-manufactured packing shims in standard sizes from 1mm to 5mm, made from Pre-Galvanised Steel, Aluminium, or Stainless Steel. Custom sizes are also available to meet specific project needs.

Window Fixing Brackets

Our standard window fixing brackets, available in 3mm Pre-Galvanised Steel, come in lengths from 100mm to 300mm and are designed with either a 10mm crank or flat configuration. These brackets provide reliable and easy installation for various window projects.

Perforated Panels

Weldall’s bespoke perforated panels are designed to enhance architectural aesthetics, made from materials like Aluminium and finished with Qualicoat-standard powder coating. These panels can be laser cut or punched to achieve intricate, custom designs.
